A man last seen in Abilene is the latest addition to the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a $7,500 cash reward is being offered for anonymous information leading to his arrest.

Jesus Alberto Villegas disappeared in 1998 and is wanted by the Taylor County Sheriff's Office for sexual assault of a child and probation violation. His criminal history also includes possession of a sawed-off rifle and felony theft. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Villegas, 31, is 5 foot 11 and weighs about 145 pounds. He has a tattoo on his back and goes by the alias 'Pecas.' He should be considered armed and dangerous.
