Suspects snag woman's cards while dining next to her

HOUSTON The woman was eating a restaurant on February 17 when two men entered the eatery and sat at the table next to her, according to a Crime Stoppers statement. The men took the woman's driver's license and credit cards from her purse and left the restaurant.

The suspects tried to use her cards at a store but they were declined. However, on the same day, an unidentified woman entered a bank posing as the victim and used her driver's license number and other personal information to get a temporary check with the victim's account number on it. The suspect cashed the check for $8,000.

Anyone with information regarding the identities of any of the suspects involved is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.
