The decision was made as part of a larger strategic repositioning of ABC Daytime programming, officials said.
With the end of two iconic shows, ABC launched two news shows called "The Chew" and "The Revolution."
"While we are excited about our new shows and the shift in our business, I can't help but recognize how bittersweet the change is," said Brian Frons, President Daytime, Disney ABC Television Group.
