Man wanted for continued sexual abuse of child

HOUSTON

The 14-year-old female victim disclosed to child abuse investigators and forensic interviewers at the Children's Assessment Center that Carlos Moreno Depaz had sexually abused her numerous times while at a residence in Houston. The girl stated the abuse began when she was 11 years old. Depaz would touch her in a sexual manner. She said the abuse continued until the victim was approximately 13 years old.

Depaz is charged with one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child and a warrant was issued for his arrest with a $30,000 bond.

Depaz, 42, is a Hispanic male, 5 foot 6 and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes with a medium complexion. His last know address is near the 1000 block of Hanks in Houston.
