Several people at the farm went to rescue the men. They were able to pull one man from the creek and they had a hold on the other, but he slipped and fell back into the water and drowned.
The Houston Police Department dive team searched for the man's body through the night. It was recovered around 4:30am.
The man's identity has not been released pending notification of family members.
