Travis has one of the most distinctive voices in country music.
With his deep, rich baritone, he led a wave of new traditionalists in the genre in the early 1980s and is among its most awarded with seven Grammys, 10 Academy of Country Music Awards and five Country Music Association Awards. He also has his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
George Jones, Alan Jackson, Jamey Johnson and Don Henley also join Travis on the 16-track album, which will contain new songs as well as remakes of Travis hits.
