A Conroe man was sentenced to 99 years in prison for driving while intoxicated for the 16th time. James Steven Corley, 52, was pulled over back in August for a broken tailpipe and weaving in and out of traffic. A blood sample showed Corley was between .05 and .10. But experts say his prescription medication intensified his impairment. He had DWI convictions from two states and multiple Texas counties.
