HOUSTON --Harris County investigators need help finding whomever is responsible for a shooting that damaged four vehicles at a west Harris County apartment complex last year. A 19-year-old woman was driving her car through an apartment complex in the 13000 block of Bissonnet on March 15, 2010 when she hear loud popping noises, according to a Crime Stoppers press release. She thought someone was cracking fireworks, but then she noticed smoke coming out of her vehicle's hood. Two men ran to her car and told her to get down because people were firing their guns. The woman's vehicle, along with three others, was damaged by bullets. When deputies arrived, they found 14 shell casings of a large caliber assault rifle. No one was injured in the shooting, but authorities still need help identifying the shooter. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.
