Mom held on $5M bond in death of boy found in oven

JACKSON, MS The Delta Democrat Times reports bond was set by City Judge Michael Prewitt during Robinson's initial court appearance Thursday.

Authorities say they found the child's body in an electric oven at his mother's apartment in Greenville.

Washington County Coroner Methel Johnson says it's unclear if the child was already dead when he was placed in the oven.

Johnson said an autopsy would likely be completed Friday.

It wasn't immediately clear if Robinson has a lawyer.
