"As we age, it's a lot harder unless you stay on top of it and really have a good exercise program," said personal trainer Noya Zucker.
But a local personal trainer says it's within reach for regular women, too, no matter how old you are, especially if you start now.
"It usually takes about 60 days to really see some results to an exercise program," said Zucker.
Zucker showed us some moves to spot-sculpt problem areas for many women.
