Potter County District Attorney Randall Sims says the autopsy on 41-year-old Kelly Sinclair determined he died of a methamphetamine overdose.
Sims said Wednesday, after the grand jury no-billed the officers, that Sinclair also was found to have cardiovascular disease and an enlarged heart.
Police on Jan. 5 answered a call about a suicidal person. They struggled to disarm Sinclair outside the home of his parents.
Relatives say Sinclair had stopped taking his medication for bipolar problems.
