Truck crashes at railroad crossing in NE Harris Co.

HOUSTON

Union Pacific crews tell us a driver had a diabetic seizure then hit a railroad crossing arm at Beaumont Highway and C.E. King around 3pm Monday.

A train then hit the crossing gate.

The driver's condition was immediately released.

SkyEye HD aerials show the front of a black truck crumpled in front of the tracks' railroad crossing arms, and a train was stopped.

Union Pacific crews are making repairs to the crossing gates.
