One employee died in the blast. Ammons also asked for a temporary restraining order to stop cleanup until outside engineers can get on site.

Employee files lawsuit following Mont Belvieu explosion
MONT BELVIEU, TX An attorney filed the suit on behalf an employee who survived the blast.
Rob Ammons is representing Kelvin Horton.
Horton claims he suffered various injuries in the explosion Tuesday.
