A Houston cab driver was found dead overnight in the parking lot of a park on the city's south side. An officer was on patrol when he spotted a cab parked around 1am in the 7500 block of Scott Street at Beech White Park. He discovered the cab driver slumped over in the vehicle with the driver's door open.
