Authorities searching for missing elderly woman

HOUSTON

Maria Iturbe-Cruz was last seen at 1pm Monday at her home in the 7800 block of Chatham Springs Lane in Cypress. Iturbe-Cruz suffers from Alzheimer's and speaks only Spanish.

She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, black jeans, pink socks and black shoes.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff department's Missing Person's Unit at 713-755-7427.
