HOUSTON --Three men have been arrested in connection to a game room robbery that ended with the murder of the business' manager. Matthew Shalolei, Jonathan Rodriquez and Gilbert Olquin, who are all 17, have each been charged with capital murder. The three men tried to enter a game room off South Mason near Provincial when they were confronted 34-year-old Ly Dinh Pham, according to a Harris County Sheriff's Office statement. The men allegedly shot Pham and fled before taking any money. Pham had died by the time medical personnel arrived at the scene. Authorities believed the Katy-area game room illegally was operating with about 80 8-liner machines. It had been shut down before and officials were looking into doing it again. Anyone with additional information about Pham's murder is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477 or the Homicide Division of the Harris County Sheriff's Office at 713-967-5810.
