HOUSTON --A small plane veered off the runway at Hobby Airport this afternoon, but no one was injured. Houston Airport System spokesperson Marlene McClinton says a four-seater Cessna had its landing gear collapse after it landed at about 3:15pm. The pilot, who was the sole occupant of the plane, was uninjured in the incident.
Emergency officials sprayed the area with foam as a precaution.
Airport traffic is unaffected by the situation.
