Father, son accused of sexually assaulting young girl

HOUSTON Alvin Brewer, 48, and Robert Brewer, 23, are charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. According to court documents, the 12-year-old victim told her mother that while swimming in the pool at her Huffman house, both Alvin and Robert Brewer allegedly put their hands underneath her swimsuit and sexually assaulted her. The incident is alleged to have happened with Alvin on May 2, 2010, while the incident with Robert allegedly happened on May 21, 2010.

The girl said she was sexually assaulted two other times: once at the beach in Freeport and another time in Brazos.

Both Brewers are being held on $30,000 bond each.
