Man sought in robbery that ended with shooting

HOUSTON

Houston resident Wesley Clark is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, according to a Crime Stoppers statement. Detectives say around 10:25pm Tuesday, Clark entered a fast food restaurant in the 15000 block of Kuykendahl Road and pointed a gun at an 18-year-old employee while demanding cash. Before the employee could comply, Clark allegedly shot the employee in the chest and then in the leg when the teen tried to run to the back of the restaurant.

Clark also is accused of firing bullets into a car parked in the restaurant's parking lot as he fled from the scene. Two people, ages 54 and 62, were shot -- one in the hand and the other in the back shoulder.

Detectives identified Clark as the suspect following an extensive investigation. His bond has been set at $50,000.

Clark's last known address was near the 14000 block of Dullwood.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477.
