The contest is this Sunday at the Houston Galleria in the courtyard outside Ann Taylor. Registration begins at noon and is open to the first 50 fans. The contest begins at 1pm.
Biggest Bieber fan contest comes to Houston
HOUSTON
The nationwide "Bieber Biggest Fan Singing Contest" is coming to Houston this Sunday.
Fifty fans will have a chance to sing one of three Bieber hits to win a trip to the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming movie "Justin Bieber Never Say Never."
The top five national winners will then be put up to fan vote for the chance to meet Justin at the premiere.
