Some tense moments for a cabbie and his passenger when their taxi got stuck on some west Houston train tracks. The incident happened at Sherwin near Cornish. Authorities say the cabbie had just picked up his fare when he drove off the road, then became stuck on the train tracks. The cabbie and his passenger both got out of the taxi, and then a train struck the cab.

The cabbie told police he missed the road and went onto the tracks because of a small hill.
