Recent addition to state's most wanted list captured

AUSTIN, TX We've learned San Juanita Leyva was arrested this past Monday, just days after the Texas Department of Public Safety added his photo to the list of the state's most wanted. Authorities say Leyva, a Mexican Mafia gang member, was arrested in San Antonio by DPS agents, along with other law enforcement agencies.

According to the DPS, Levya was wanted for parole violations, following an aggravated assault on a public servant.
