A judge has issued a gag order in the case of man accused of killing a good Samaritan. Prosecutors say Anthony Ferrell murdered Sam Irick at southwest Houston gas station after Irick tried to stop a robbery.

The order prohibits lawyers and law enforcement from publicly discussing the case. However, it does not prevent family members or potential witnesses from speaking to the media. After yesterday's hearing, Ferrell's sister apologized to Irick's family.

"I just wanted to extend my condolences to the family of the victim and that is all I am going to say," said Rachel Robinson, Ferrell's sister

Ferrell is charged with capital murder. He is being held in the Harris County Jail without bail.
