Newly released video game draws crowds

HOUSTON Known as "Black Ops", the game is the latest in the franchise of first-person combat games. The last "Call of Duty" game set a single-day record with over $400 million in sales and USA Today critic Mike snider says this game is as much of a thrill ride as that one.

"Players are going to get to go all over the world, battling in cold war scenarios, in Russia, Cuba and the Vietnam War," said USA Today critic, Mike Snider. "I think people are going to really enjoy this game, feels like you're playing in an action movie," said another enthusiast.

As usual, there was a line of gamers at the Best Buy near the Galleria dying to be the first to start playing. "Black Ops" is available for all the major gaming consoles and it is available in 3D versions.
