Yuchnitz has denied trying to have someone kill his 55-year-old wife, Tina. She was not hurt and last week filed for divorce An affidavit says an informant contacted police Thursday.
Yuchnitz was arrested Saturday when he allegedly paid the informant $5,000 as half of the apparent fee.
