Free ice cream, music and health fair this weekend

HOUSTON Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy an Evening Under the Stars as the Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra presents its annual free, outdoor concert at Sugar Land Town Square from 7 to 9pm Friday. Patriotic music will fill the first half of the concert and the second half, the Fort Bend Symphony will provide a preview of its 19th season. Don't forget your lawn chairs. Sugar Land Town Square is located near the Sugar Land City Hall at 16090 City Walk.

Here's another great outdoor activity for the entire family: Discovery Green is hosting the Korean Festival Saturday October 23 from 11am to 6pm. There will be a fair-like atmosphere for diverse groups such as traditional Korean dancers, Korean folk musicians, taekwondo masters, and Korean-American musicians who will conduct demonstrations and exhibit their unique talents.

Just in time for cold and flu season, the Vitamin Shoppe at the Webster location only is hosting a free health fair. There will be free products, free health information and free consultations with health professionals. The event is Saturday from 11 to 3pm at the Vitamin Shoppe located just off the Gulf Freeway and Bay Area Boulevard.

If you want free ice cream, here is a freebie for you at Baskin Robbins. The catch is you'll have to have a Facebook account and invite at least three friends to join Baskin Robbins' Group Scoop. Once you do that, you and your three friends will get a free scoop of ice cream.
