Man killed at Stafford-area restaurant shooting

HOUSTON The man had gotten into an argument with another customer at a restaurant in the 11900 block of Wilcrest Friday afternoon.

The duo parted ways, but while the victim driving away from the restaurant, the suspect pulled out a shotgun and fired bullets into the car, hitting the suspect in the back.

The suspect sped away but he crashed about a block later in the 13000 block of Murphy.

He was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital-Southwest with CPR in progress but didn't make it. His identity hasn't been released.

No other details were immediately avaible.
