Fort Bend County sheriff's deputies have arrested and jailed an entire family accused of selling cocaine out of their home. Their house sits along Airport Road in Rosenberg, across the street from George Jr. High School. Agents reportedly located approximately 2.5 ounces of cocaine, marijuana, and pharmaceuticals inside the home. The state statue defines this amount of cocaine being distributed in a Drug Free Zone to be classified as a first degree felony. This offense is punishable from 5 to 99 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

The Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force arrested the mother, her two sons and their wives, the mother's daughter and her boyfriend on 49 drug related charges in an early morning raid at the home on Saturday, October 2. Five additional suspects were arrested, bringing the total to nine in custody.

Officers accuse the family of manufacturing, packaging and distributing powder and crack cocaine.

Eight children ranging from four months old to nine years old were located inside the residence. Child Protective Services (CPS) was notified, arrived on scene, and took custody of the children pending investigation.
