Detectives: Suspect used shotgun in robbery

Detectives are searching for a suspect who robbed a man and woman in northwest Harris County at gunpoint and was then caught using one of their credit cards at a convenience store. The couple was in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in the 7600 block of North Highway 6 on September 22 when a man carrying what appeared to be a shotgun approached them, according to a Crime Stoppers statement. The suspect demanded money and the woman's purse and then ran from the scene.

Moments later, one of the victim's credit card was swiped at a nearby stores, including a convenience store. A surveillance camera captured the suspect using the credit card.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 18 and 25 years old. He is between 180 and 200 pounds and 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall. He has short dark hair and a tattoo on his left shoulder.
