The victim was identified by authorities as Zanthony Homer. He was reportedly arguing with another male prior to the shooting. Witnesses described the suspect as a black male, 21 years of age, 6'01" tall and approximately 190 Lbs. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown make or model car.
