Grim autopsy details laid out in toddler rape case

HOUSTON Coe is accused of sexually and physically abusing his girlfriend's daughter, Emma Thompson, 4, who later died of her injuries.

On Friday afternoon, the forensic pathologist spoke about Emma's autopsy, but under cross examination the doctor admitted efforts to revive the young girl, like CPR, could have caused some of her bruising.

Emma Thompson's biological father, Ben Thompson, was scheduled to take the stand next.
