Reward offered in deadly hit and run case

HOUSTON On September 5 at around 7am, the body of Lauren Wallace was found laying in the grass near the inbound entrance ramp to the East Freeway at Normandy. She had apparently been hit by a car sometime between 2am and 3am, investigators say.

Police believe the car that struck her is a 2003-2005 dark colored Toyota Camry, which should have front end damage on the passenger side.

If anyone has any information on the car or about the accident, they are urged to call Crime Stoppers.
