That driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The wreck has since been cleared.

Tanker crash shuts down Gulf Freeway
HOUSTON
It happened just after 9pm last night on the Gulf Freeway at Dixie Farm Road.
Police say the driver of a big rig carrying water waste lost control when a tire from his truck came loose and got caught under another tanker.
The driver of the tanker slammed into a concrete wall, flipped over, and his rig caught fire.
