A robbery suspect has been shot after a foot chase with authorities. Around 12:45pm, an off-duty Memorial Villages officer spotted a vehicle on Highway 290 believed to have been involved in a robbery that took place Thursday. The officer flagged down a Harris County Sheriff's deputy, who pulled the vehicle over at Highway 290 and Barker Cypress.

Two suspects were taken into custody, but a third man fled the scene on foot, running through a residential area. He was believed to be armed.
