Authorities seek info in fatal shooting of TSU student

HOUSTON McMackle was attending a party on April 17 in the 3700 block of Wheeler. A fight broke out and shots were fired. McMackle was shot in the back as he was running down Wheeler. He died at a local hospital as a result of his injuries.

"Finally, to the one responsible for my nephew's death, what you did will never be forgotten, taken a life that mattered. I ask that you come forward and turn yourself in," said the victim's aunt, Lori Hinnenkamp.
