FBCSO: Man confessed to killing his brother

FRESNO, TX Around 11:30am Sunday, Margarito Garcia, Jr., 57, was found dead in the 600 block of Cleo Drive in Fresno. Deputies say he appeared to have multiple stab wounds.

According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, the victim's brother, Cruz Garcia, 48, confessed to the killing.

Cruz Garcia is currently incarcerated in the Fort Bend County Detention Facility on two outstanding warrants for public intoxication and failure to appear, as well as tampering with evidence. He now faces an additional charge of murder and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
