Police need help to solve cloned credit card case

HOUSTON In June 16, the card owner was contacted by his credit card company about several suspicious purchases being made with the card. But the customer still had his card.

Investigators determined someone was able to clone the number, and the card was used at several locations to buy items, including a car stereo, PlayStation 3, cigarettes and parts for a 1988 Chevy Monte Carlo. The purchases totaled more than $1,200.

A person was captured on video using the stolen credit card when he bought the Play Station 3. Click on the video above to see surveillance video from that purchase.
