Part of violent jewelry store robbery caught on video

HOUSTON On August 6 at around 10:40am, two men entered Phi's Jewelry story at 18464 Kuykendahl. One of the men approached the salesperson to look at a diamond. As they were talking, investigators say the second man pulled out a gun and pointed it at the salesperson.

Both suspects forced the salesperson into an office where they reportedly beat him unconscious. The suspects then reportedly stole several pieces of jewelry and other items from the victim before fleeing on foot.

The salesperson was transported to a local hospital, where he received several staples to his head as a result of the beating.

The suspects are described as two white males between the ages of 18 to 25 years old. They were both 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-1 and weighed between 175 to 220 pounds. One suspect had dark hair and a goatee.
