Police investigating fatal shooting outside restaurant

HOUSTON The incident happened at 7964 Westheimer about 1:00am on July 31. The victim, An "Andy" Huu Ho suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Ho, 24, got involved in an altercation between a group of males in the parking lot of the Genji restaurant. One of the males pulled out a hand gun, shot Ho several times and then fled in the scene.

The suspect is described only as an Asian male.
