A Baytown doctor's medical license has been suspended because the state says he's a threat to public health. On Friday, the Texas Medical Board ordered Dr. Felix Sabates, Jr., to stop practicing medicine. Sabates was arrested in Montgomery County this month for DWI. Officers found more than 200 prescription pills and cocaine in his car.

The board says Sabates has a history of substance abuse. He has ten days to appeal his suspension.
