Pool hall fight leads to drive-by shooting on SW Fwy

HOUSTON Authorities say two people had just left that pool hall on Fondren shortly after a large fight broke out. Just as the they got on Highway 59, police say a Lincoln Navigator pulled up alongside them, and someone inside started shooting.

A woman sitting in the passenger's seat was hit in the chest. It's not believed the man driving was shot. The couple was able to pull off to a gas station at the Southwest Freeway near Westpark and call police.

The woman's condition is unknown. The gunmen got away.
