BOSTON, MA
Taylor and King are holding a news conference Sunday before
their show at the TD Garden in Boston to present donations raised
through the halfway point of the North American leg of the tour to
the Natural Resources Defense Council, Alliance for the Wild
Rockies and other charities.
The $1.5 million raised so far is 50 percent more than the
singer-songwriters had anticipated.
The money is being raised through special packages offered to
fans, including stage seating, pre-show soundcheck sessions,
private VIP receptions and a commemorative tour book.
