Judge says decision on bar still two weeks away

HOUSTON A hearing in the case wrapped up yesterday with more intense testimony. Residents of the pricey Robinhood Condos want Hans Bier Haus shut down. They say rowdy patrons from the bar next door to the condos have made their lives miserable.

But the bar owners and some customers have complained of harassment by condo residents.

The judge will make a recommendation to the TABC, which will then decide whether to pull the bar's liquor license.
