Protestors want probe launched in fatal police chase

HOUSTON "We want the truth to come out about what happened to this young brother. Yes," said community activist Quanell X.

Protesters gathered at the crash site on Langley near Homestead in northeast Houston Sunday.

Police say the man ran a red light while running from a police chase. But Sunday's protesters claim the officer hit the man's bike, pushed him into the car then moved his body.

The protesters are calling for an independent investigation.
