Man accused of taking photos up women's dresses

ROSENBERG, TX The investigation started when Rosenberg police were called to a shopping center on Commercial Drive in Rosenberg on May 21 in reference to a man taking photographs up women's dresses.

Angel Salinas, 47, was identified and arrested on May 27 for attempted improper photography. Salinas is being held in the Ft. Bend Co. jail on $25,000 bond.

Investigators say the case is still under investigation and there's a chance there could be other victims out there.
