Flasher targets young girls in Pasadena area
PASADENA, TX
Pasadena police say a Hispanic male in his mid- to late-20s has exposed himself to young girls. The incidents have centered around the Red Bluff Terrace area in the past week.
According to police, the suspect is driving a four-door Nissan car with a flat black paint job with a shiny front grill, and possibly damage to the front passenger side of vehicle.
They also say the suspect whistles to his victims, calling them over to his vehicle before exposing himself.
