Teen charged after fatal crash with senior citizen

WEBSTER, TX August Money, 19, of Bryan, Texas, is charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection to the early Sunday morning accident.

Detectives say Money was intoxicated when he was driving in the 19200 block of Interstate 45 and collided with 72-year-old Daytona Beach resident Ronald Murphy Combs.

Combs died at the scene, and the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office was called out to the scene to take his body.
