METRO creates new records management policy

HOUSTON The board Tuesday passed a resolution which calls for the creation of an active and continuing record management program by a records management officer. The law requires /*METRO*/ to retain all documents in electronic or paper form. METRO admitted destroying records requested by attorney /*Lloyd Kelley*/.

"It's a matter of really making sure that its followed through every level of the organization by every employee at METRO and I think that's what were gonna want a briefing on is what are doing to make sure every METRO employee is aware of their obligations," said Christof Spieler, METRO Board Of Directors.

Kelley claimed METRO destroyed documents to cover up a romantic affair between METRO's former CEO and his chief of staff.
