Beware of 2010 Census scams

HOUSTON Now that census workers are going door to door, the Census Bureau says there have been a lot of scammers trying to rip people off, either by calling or e-mailing them.

The bureau says census workers will never call or e-mail you to ask for your full social security number, ask for money or donation, or ask for any type of banking or credit card information.
