A suspect currently sitting in prison has been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a man in southeast Houston. Adan Reyes, 32, is currently in a Texas Department of Corrections jail facility on an unrelated offense. Reyes is accused in the fatal shooting of Frank Jimenez, 54, at 7575 Office City Drive on the morning of November 14, 2009.
