Man already in jail charged in fatal shooting

HOUSTON Adan Reyes, 32, is currently in a Texas Department of Corrections jail facility on an unrelated offense. Reyes is accused in the fatal shooting of Frank Jimenez, 54, at 7575 Office City Drive on the morning of November 14, 2009. Police say two men forced their way into the apartment and ordered a couple of people into a separate room. The suspects then confronted the victim, demanding cash. A fight ensued and the man was shot. Mr. Jimenez suffered at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second suspect, described only as a Hispanic male, remains at large. Anyone with information on the second suspect is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
